Most of your questions will be answered there automatically. You can access all available resources there FREE of cost. Click the following links to access:
For IHE specific information join IHE Group (Telegram). After joining, message:

For everything else join Help Center (Telegram). It has all information regarding ASSIGNMENTS, EXAMS, PRACTICALS, PROJECTS, STUDY MATERIAL, FAQs etc. After joining, message:
